§ Mr. Woodallasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he intends to introduce a statutory instrument under section 79 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act to set out the specific items of health and safety information to be disclosed in directors' reports; and if he has received the advice on this matter from the Health and Safety Commission which he was awaiting when he replied to a written question on 21 June 1979.
