§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI cannot make firm estimates, because within the single block housing investment allocation it will be for individual local authorities in Wales to decide what resources to use for new house building in 1980. However, for comparison purposes, in the first quarter of this year, 1,029 dwellings were completed and 932 started in the public sector in Wales, compared with 946 dwellings completed and 1,073 started in the first quarter of last year. In the full year 1979, 4,351 dwellings were completed.
