asked the Secretary of State for Employment what representations he has received on clause 16 of the Employment Bill.

Clause 16 of the Employment Bill reflects the many comments we received during consultation on the working paper on secondary industrial action which preceded publication of the clause. We have received a small number of further representations since the clause was published, mainly from individuals.
