§ Mr. PymThe total cost of the folder and the associated leaflets will be about £8,500. The costs of distribution will be minimal. As I informed the House on 17 June, a copy of the folder will be placed in the Library and copies will be made available to the local authorities144W concerned for distribution as they think appropriate in order to promote a better understanding of the issues locally.
