§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeOur priority for East Anglia is to improve the routes to the ports, in particular the A604-A45 and A12 routes to the haven ports and the A11-A47 to Great Yarmouth. In addition, the Al-Ml link is planned to improve access to the region from the Midlands. Details of the trunk road schemes in the programme are given in table 5 of our recent White Paper : "Policy for Roads : England 1980" (Cmnd 7908).
