§ The Attorney-GeneralI am satisfied that the Director has not delayed making a decision on any of the five cases which have been reported to him. In respect of the first he decided last October to take no action. The final report on the second case he received on 6 May and he asked counsel to advise on 27 May. The third case he received on 29 May and the police have been requested to make further inquiries. The first reports on the remaining two cases were received on 5 and 13 June respectively and are being considered.
