§ Mr. AlisonThe medical records of patients which have been compiled by general medical practitioners are retained for a minimum period of three years after a person leaves Northern Ireland, not two years as mentioned in my earlier reply to the right hon. Gentleman.—[Vol. 984, c. 614.]—This period is not under review.
