§ Mr. StanleyTo publish this information town by town might prejudice the negotiating position of the development corporations and of the Commission for the New Towns. The new towns disposal programme aims at raising £330 million by 31 March 1981. By 31 March 1980, sales to the value of £24.4 million had been completed by the English new towns, and sales to the value of a further £48.3 million had been agreed but not finalised.
