§ Mr. BrittanAll those nominated for appointment to the board of visitors at Brixton prison, who include several members of the ethnic minorities, have been invited to meet the governor and chairman of the board and to learn something of the work of the board. When it has been possible for all those nominated to visit the prison, we shall consider filling the vacancies.
