§ Mr. KingUrban programme resources made available in 1978–79 and 1979–80 for capital and revenue projects, apart from the inner cities construction package announced in March 1977, were £63 million and £147 million respectively. Resources to be made available for 1980–81 are £154.3 million. All figures are at 1979 public expenditure survey prices.
