§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe most recent figures provided by the EEC relating to the fishing fleets in the member States are for 1976–77. More recent figures were given in my reply to the hon. Member on 13 May.—[Vol. 984, c.434–36.] The EEC provides no figures comparing national support for fishing industries in percentage terms.
