§ Mr. Alexander FletcherMinimum areas of educational accommodation, varying with the sizes of schools in terms of numbers of pupils, are prescribed in the School Premises (General Requirements and Standards) (Scotland) Regula-594W tions 1967 to 1979. For a 420 pupil primary school and for a 1,000 pupil secondary school providing courses at all stages of secondary education, for example, these are equivalent to 2.75 and 6.01 square metres, respectively, per pupil.
