§ Mr. Neil MartenIn March the then New Hebrides Government were offered an aid package of approximately £23 million. We await their response. The £23 million consists of £6.4 million budgetary aid and £4 million technical co-operation for the financial years 1980 and 1981, together with £13 million development aid for mutually agreed projects over an unspecified period.
