§ Mr. Michael MarshallNot all sorting offices will be mechanised under the Post Office's plans for letter mechanisation. Except for a few offices where major building work is involved, the Post Office expects to have this programme completed by the end of 1983. The detailed timetable for the introduction of mechanised letter offices is a matter for the corporation.
