§ Mr. Spearingasked the Lord Privy Seal what representations he has received, and what action he has taken, in respect of the Greenpeace vessel "Rainbow Warrior". now held by the Spanish authorities.
§ Mr. HurdMy right hon. Friend has received four letters from hon. Members 123W on this subject and a small number of letters from members of the public. The captain of "Rainbow Warrior" is receiving consular assistance, and there is no scope for further action by Her Majesty's Government at the present time.
