During the last financial year, the Department's expenditure amounted to some 219W £1,200 for the use of the BIOSIS, COM-PENDEX and other data bases and about £6,000 for the British Library BLAISE services.
I regret I cannot give a more detailed breakdown of expenditure as the expense involved would be disproportionate.
