§ Mr. MonroA provision for the designation of districts under the Caravan Sites Act 1968 was deleted from the original Local Government, Planning and Land Bill in reintroducing the shorter No. 2 Bill into the Commons. We accept the advantages of district designation but are unable to use Government resources this Session to put back this provision.
