§ Mr. BrittanThe Representation of the People (Amendment) Regulations 1980, recently approved by Parliament, revise the householders' electoral registration form, form 'A', in use in England and Wales so as to make more explicit that only British subjects—including Commonwealth citizens—and citizens of the Republic of Ireland are eligible for inclusion in the electoral register.
