§ 18. Mr. David Youngasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will give an undertaking that before any agreement is reached with the Government of Argentina regarding the future status of the Falkland Islands he will publish the proposals as a White or Green Paper for debate by the House.
§ Mr. RidleySuccessive Governments have made it clear that any proposals for a settlement of this despute would be laid before the House.
