Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will publish in the Official Report the text of the letter sent by him to the chairman of the North-Western Electricity Board, in reply to the letter sent to the Secretary of State for Energy on 23 June, together with the text of the chairman's letter.

My center hon. Friend has not yet replied to the chairman. When he does so he will no doubt consider whether the correspondence should be published.
