§ Mr. PymDiscussions have already begun with the local authorities concerned on all aspects of the basing decision including the implications for the road system. I do not expect significant difficulty in the use of existing roads by the missile transporters. Any specific improvements which may be required will, of course, be a matter for my center hon. Friend the Minister of Transport.
