§ Mr. Harold Walkerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek powers to restrain brewery companies from arbitrarily increasing the rents of tenants of public houses or increasing the proportion they take of the profits of fruit machines; or if, alternatively, he will seek to establish arrangements whereby aggrieved tenants can seek redress.
