§ 32. Mr. Nicholas Bakerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will reconsider the necessity for reviews every five years of rights of way pursuant to the Countryside Act 1949.
§ Mr. MonroI have been consulting interested bodies on possible measures to streamline the present review procedures so as to enable definitive rights of way maps to be amended as and when necessary. My revised proposals will be set out in a consultation paper to be published shortly.
