§ Mr. Mayhew[pursuant to his reply, 7 July 1980, c. 15]: My Department does not collect authoritative data on this subject. However, some work has been undertaken on more general questions relating to age qualifications for job vacancies, and I have arranged for copies of relevant articles to be sent to my hon. Friend.
