What action they are taking in respect of the draft EEC directive on the Community VAT and Excise procedure applicable to the stores of vessels, aircraft and international trains.
§ The MINISTER of STATE, TREASURY (Lord Cockfield)Discussion of this draft directive has not yet begun in the Council. When it does, we intend to press for arrangements which are acceptable to the United Kingdom, in particular those affecting naval vessels and fleet auxiliaries.
