§ The Attorney-GeneralThe longest period for which any person who is in custody in Northern Ireland has been on remand is 58 weeks. He has been committed for, and is awaiting, trial. The trial which is of four co-accused for murder will be listed for hearing at the commencement of the next legal term in September.
