Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Prime Minister whether, in the light of the Davignon report presented to the Heads of Government meeting in Dublin, she remains satisfied with the scale and intensity of the application of information technology throughout all Departments of Government and in British industry as a whole.
§ The Prime MinisterAs agreed at the Dublin meeting of Heads of Government, the European Commission will be making proposals on the Davignon report to the Council of Foreign Ministers. At the same time the Government are considering how to encourage the widest possible application of information technology.
