asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish a table showing the proportion of EEC quota aid which has been allocated to Ulster in each of the last five years compared with that allocated to the respective development areas in Great Britain.

The following table shows the amounts, and relative percentages, of aid from the quota section of the European regional development fund which has been allocated to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the regions of England for each of the years 1975 to 1979 inclusive:
