§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will state the terms of the quadripartite agreement between the United States of America, Canada, Australia and Great Britain on research into chemical warfare and defence.
§ Mr. PymCo-operation between the four countries in research into defence against chemical warfare is conducted under general and long-standing arrangements for technical co-operation in military research and development. These arrangements call for the exchange of information and the identification of common areas of interest and provide a forum for determining new research activities.
