§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in the light of the detailed statistics contained in his letter to the hon. Member for Oldham, West of 12 December, he will now list, as originally requested in the question of the hon. Member for Oldham, West, on 25 October, the names of all persons who have died whilst in police custody since 1970, the police station where they died, the date oftheir death, and the cause of death as stated in the death certificate.
