Mr. Cryer

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the ending of the United States marketing agreement between Alfa-Romeo Ltd. and De Lorean Ltd., and the receivership of Panther Westwinds Ltd., so far as Northern Ireland is concerned.

I understand that no United States marketing agreement was concluded between Alfa-Romeo Ltd. And De Lorean Ltd. On the subject of Panther Westwinds Ltd. I have nothing to add to the answer given to the hon. Member for Knutsford (Mr. Bruce-Gardyne) on 20 December 1979.
