§ Mr. Lawrenceasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what now is delaying his consideration of the proposed second bridge across the Trent at Burtonon-Trent.
§ Mr. FoxMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport is still awaiting the submission of the necessary Highways Act orders from Staffordshire county council. It is still proposed to hold a joint inquiry into these orders, the planning application and the certificate for the public open space.
