§ Mr. Banksasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will give his estimate of the number of people who could be sheltered in the House underground car park for a period of days; and whether he will give consideration to providing necessary adaptations on the lines of those provided by the Netherlands authorities to provide secure accommodation from nuclear and chemical fall-out.
