§ Mr. Beaumont-Darkasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will consider legislation to curb the practice of overseas registered companies and persons building up large stocks in United Kingdom companies without disclosing them by removing their power to vote such stock, or other means thought appropriate in order to bring this practice under the same control that applies to resident investors.
