§ Mr. Neil MartenHer Majesty's Government will honour the pledge, first made in 1978, of £2 million as a contribution in support of the multilateral effort to assist in the rehabilitation of the Zaire economy.
Beyond that, however, the general question of aid levels for future years, including aid for Zaire, is still under consideration.
