§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsIt is not possible to apportion the cost of heating and lighting used in Parliament buildings for the conference. The buildings are heated and lit as one unit. The holding of the conference has not involved any additional heating or lighting costs.
The postage costs of the Northern Ireland Office on conference business cannot be separately identified. Participants at the conference pay their own postage.
The estimated cost for telephones is £1,100.
The estimated cost of catering is £1,000 to 25 January, the latest date for which figures are available.
