Thomasasked the Secretary of Stale for Defence how much money has been expended in (a) Wales, (b) the regions of England, and (c) Scotland on information concerning Army recruitment in (i) television and radio commercials and (ii) newspaper advertisements for 1974 and 1979; and what are the projected figures for the four quarters of 1980.
