§ Mr. GrayI have no firm plans to meet representatives of the OPEC countries in the near future. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State visited Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Iraq in early January. He expects, as the opportunity arises, to have further meetings with OPEC Ministers and senior officials.
