§ 28. Mr. Spriggsasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will publish in the Official Report each price increase of (a) premium petrol, four star, (b) regular petrol, (c) Derv, (d) heating oil, including paraffin oil, and (e) heavy fuel oil, to commercial companies for internal use, and for retail sales at the pumps, respectively, during the last three years for which this information is available up to the date of the most recent increases.
