§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsI keep under close and continuous review all aspects of the law relating to terrorism, including the rules of evidence. If and when I am satisfied that changes would be of real help to the security forces without unacceptable derogation from the necessary standards of legal procedure, I shall bring proposals before this House.
