asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects to announce the 1980–81 capital and revenue allocations for the South-East Thames regional health authority.

Mr. Patrick Jenkin

I hope to announce capital and revenue volume allocations to regional health authorities for 1980–81 before the end of February, and cash limits early in March.
