§ Mr. KingThe urban programme allocations made to partnership and programme authorities for their inner areas for 1979–80 are intended to cover Inner Urban Areas Act projects among other matters, though no special amount has been set aside for this purpose. In addition, £5.6 million—at 1979 survey prices—was made available for industrial and commercial projects—not necessarily confined to expenditure under the Inner Urban Areas Act—in the other areas designated under the Act, but not covered by partnership or programme arrangements.
