§ Mr. Alfred Morris
asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in the Official Reportthe text of the fourth paragraph of a letter sent by his Department to the secretary of the Fellowship of Workers for the Handi- 182W capped dated 26 April last; and if he will make a statement upon this advice.

§ Mr. Prentice
It could well be misleading to publish in theOfficial Report, in isolation from related correspondence, part or all of a letter written almost a year ago; and I do not think it would be appropriate to do so. I am however, sending the right hon. Gentleman a copy of the letter.
