asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will provide a list, by EEC number and short title, of those Common Agricultural Policy Regulations which require annual renewal, distinguishing between those which need a unanimous vote for this purpose and those for which a qualified majority vote is sufficient; and marking with an asterisk those which necessitate prior consultation with the European Parliament.

The following list sets out those Regulations of the Council whose validity is normally extended for a year at a time and also those which are made afresh each year. In the latter case, the Regulation specified is the one currently in force. All the regulations are adopted by qualified majority vote.

Beef sector:
