Mr. Skeet

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action he proposes to take in view of the responses to the discussion document on the Wolfenden report, the Government and the voluntary sector.

An analysis of the responses to the consultative document will be published in due course. Meanwhile, we are giving careful consideration to how, within the present financial restraints, we can encourage the development of the voluntary sector.
