Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in the Official Report the figures showing improvements in productivity during the periods 1960 to 1969 and 1970 to 1979 in manufacturing industry comparing them with the rest of the private sector excluding North Sea oil and gas.
