asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is satisfied that the available resources of apprehension, investigation and interception are adequate to protect the interests of Cornish inshore fishermen

Note: The European Community mainly disposes of surplus sugar by subsidised exports to the world market. Intervention is rare and for very short periods only. There has never been any intervention buying of sugar in the United Kingdom.
