§ Mr. PrenticeInformation about openings and closures of local authority residential homes for physically disabled people is not collected separately but is aggregated with identical information on homes for elderly people. Returns for the period 1 April 1979 to 31 March 1980 are currently being processed. The information will be presented in the Department's booklet, "The Statistics of Residential Accommodation for Elderly and Physically Handicapped People (RA/1980/2)" which will be available during the spring of 1981. Copies will be placed in the House of Commons Library.
