Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish a table showing for each of the counties of England the number of persons per thousand population in receipt of attendance allowance and mobility allowance, respectively.

The available information relates to social security regions, as follows, and not to counties. The estimates of attendance allowance recipients have been revised since my reply to the hon. Member for Glasgow, Govan (Mr. McMahon) on 10 July—[Vol. 988, c.284–86.]
