§ Mr. RaisonThe Government agree with the spirit of this resolution and unhesitatingly condemn all forms of extremist violence. At the request of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe we are supplying information about our race relations and public order legislation. The latter, including the offence of incitement to racial hatred, is currently under review, and we shall be announcing our conclusions in due course.
